A sidewalk and trail system run the length of the island. Explore the trails on your mountain bike or take a walk to Sandy Point Beach or Little John Island just over the causeway.

The Owners
Pete and Amy McNaughton grew up in Cape Elizabeth, ME and have spent most of their lives in this area. They have been living in Yarmouth since 2005. Pete is a local builder (McNaughton Construction) and Amy owns a bookstore on Main Street in Yarmouth (Royal River Books).
They always dreamed of having a cottage on the water. Pete had his eye on this property for a few years before it became available in the spring of 2017. Pete and Amy spent the summer fixing it up and planned to use it for special occasions and visiting friends and family.
Pete and Amy are happy for guests to have the opportunity to enjoy this special spot for their vacation rental. They live on the other side of the Cousins Island bridge and can help with any questions or issues that might come up.
